Finally, the housing market may be thawing just as we enter what is normally a deep seasonal freeze.
Mortgage rates fell for the sixth week in a row, to 7.03% for a 30-year fixed home loan in the week ended Dec. 7, according to averages compiled by Freddie Mac.
